All persons seeking membership with the Indigenous Bar Association in Canada (the “IBA”) must complete this form and swear/affirm the attached Declaration of Applicant as part of their application.

In addition, all persons accepted for membership in the IBA must pay the applicable annual registration/membership fees (listed below).
